A monumental building designed by Rafael Vinoly now stands at complete with 104 luxurious condominiums—rising 96 stories at 1,500 feet over 56th and 57th streets. The architectural gem isn't your cozy West village apartment, but the amenities are more than worth the trip uptown. That outdoor terrace and massage room you've always wanted? Not a problem. Oh, and don't forget the temperature-controlled wine cellar. The $95-million penthouse has already sold, but apartments can still be had for anywhere from $17.5 million to $80 million.
