After three years of construction, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere is finally complete (and it's higher than the Empire State Building)

One can only dream what it's like to wake up in a bed made of clouds at 1,396 feet in the air, surrounded by sprawling 10x10-feet windows and views of Manhattan that are usually only associated with the movies. Well, now that dream can become a reality—at a price. A monumental building designed by Rafael Vinoly now stands at complete with 104 luxurious    condominiums—rising 96 stories at 1,500 feet over 56th and 57th streets. The architectural gem isn't your cozy West village apartment, but the amenities are more than worth the trip uptown. That outdoor terrace and massage room you've always wanted? Not a problem. Oh, and don't forget the temperature-controlled wine cellar. The $95-million penthouse has already sold, but apartments can still be had for anywhere from $17.5 million to $80 million.
